Tiger is the Chief Operating Officer of Genpact. He is credited as one of the pioneers who transformed GE Capital International Services (now Genpact) into a leading Business Process Management Company with over $1 billion in revenues, which serves global enterprises in the banking & finance, insurance, manufacturing, transportation and business-services sectors. In 1999, Tiger became CEO of GECIS, significantly expanding its service offerings and operations. In October 2002, he transferred within GE to its multibillion-dollar Commercial Equipment Finance division, serving as Senior Vice President, Six Sigma and Global Operations. Tiger rejoined Genpact in 2005 as Executive Vice President based in New York City, and in 2009, was promoted to his current position of Chief Operating Officer. He leads service delivery across business verticals and geographies with a focus on managing global operations, driving best practices, cost efficiency and End-to-End solutions. Tiger has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the IIT Mumbai, and an MBA from IIM Ahmadabad.
 
     
     
         
 
Sudip Nandy

Sudip has a long history of building internationally successful, high growth businesses.
He joined Aricent as CEO in October 2008, with a rich track record and deep domain expertise in the communications and outsourcing industry.
Previously, Sudip was the president of the technology media and telecom business unit at Wipro, overseeing more than 18,000 people and a revenue run rate of US $1.3 billion per annum. He held a number of positions including Chief Strategy Officer globally responsible for the successful completion of nine merger and acquisitions, and joint venture transactions over a two year period. In addition, Sudip headed up the Wipro European Sales and Operations, growing development centers in the United Kingdom and Sweden. Prior to that, Sudip was Vice President of product development and marketing at a Silicon Valley semiconductor start-up, which was folded into Wipro. Sudip has been an active member of the Institute of Directors, and is an active participant in the Global Executive Forum of the Economist Intelligence Unit. Sudip holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics (Honors) from the IIT Kharagpur and another one in Electrical Technology and Electronics from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. Subhash Dhar

Subhash is a Senior Vice President and Head of the Communications, Media and Entertainment business unit at Infosys. He is also a member of the Executive Council, responsible for sales and marketing for the firm. He also serves on the Board of Infosys Australia. Subhash joined Infosys in 1997 as a member of its e-Business practice and has since served in several capacities. In 2007, Subhash was chosen by the World Economic Forum as one of the 25 Young Global Leaders from India. Dr. Anand has been a member of Persistent technologies Board since its inception in 1990. Persistent works with global software companies to early-stage companies to help them proficiently deliver products to their end-users and ultimately, to maximize their core business. Persistent outsourced software product development services allows customers to minimize Time-To-Market, perk up the quality of their products, trim down risk of failure during the engineering development process, improve predictability and reliability of the engineering process while helping them minimize their over-all product engineering costs. Persistent recently did a successful IPO.
Dr. Deshpande also currently serves on the executive committee of the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) and Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA). Dr. Deshpande earned a Bachelor's Degree (Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the IIT Kharagpur in 1984, and a Doctorate in Computer Science from the Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana (USA) in 1989.
 
 
     
     
         
 
Prashant Shukla

Prashant Shukla is the Chief Operating Officer of CMC Limited, a TATA Enterprise. In his role as the COO of CMC, Prashant is responsible for worldwide sales, project execution and delivery, as well as process and internal systems required to support business. Before taking on this role at CMC, Prashant was a Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services.
Prashant brings two decades of industry experience over a career that spans leadership roles in marketing, sales and development in United States and in India. Prashant worked at Microsoft in US in several challenging positions. During his tenure at Microsoft, he managed large multi-geography software development teams. Prashant also led marketing and sales initiatives at Microsoft. He conceived the “Blitz 2000” server adoption campaign which drove multiple million in revenues. He envisioned “Big Wins” integrated marketing campaign. Prior to Microsoft, Prashant worked at Novell Inc., a software giant in its own right. As Product Line Manager, Prashant drove their flagship product NetWare 5 that fueled Novell’s revenue growth in the ‘90s. Prashant has co-authored a book on “Atomic Electronic Structure” published by Prentice Hall. He is a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.

Gaurav Gupta is responsible for Everest Group’s business and operations in the Asian markets, including South Asia, the Middle and Far-East. He has over thirteen years of management consulting and sourcing-related experience and has served clients across Asia and in North America.
At Everest, Gaurav’s experience spans a variety of strategic and operational initiatives at global and regional corporations. These include developing outsourcing and offshoring strategies for Fortune 500 companies, supporting offshore “captives” to assess and improve capabilities, assessing new products, markets and capabilities for IT/BPO suppliers, and supporting PE firms’ investment initiatives in business services. Gaurav also led Everest Group’s work with NASSCOM to define a growth roadmap for the BPO sector in India. Before joining Everest Group, he was a Relationship Manager with Progeon Limited (now Infosys BPO). Prior to working with Progeon, Gaurav was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey Company in New Delhi, India. Basab Pradhan

Basab Pradhan has spent most of his career in the IT industry in sales, executive management and as an entrepreneur. From 2002 to 2005 he was the Head of Global Sales of Infosys Technologies during which time sales grew from $500 million to over $2 billion. During this time Basab was responsible for worldwide Sales, Marketing and Industry Solutions. He additionally had operational P&L responsibility for a clutch of businesses amounting to a third of the company’s revenues. Basab was largely responsible for the successful re-organization of the company into vertical P&Ls in 2003. While delivering industry-leading revenue growth, he led the transformation of Infosys’ client services organization into a high-performance team, able to take on and win against global competition.
